EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Work is an important factor in most of our lives, and that is no different for persons who have a mental illness. Trilogy provides vocational evaluations, basic skills training, and prevocational work opportunities. Trilogy’s employment staff assists clients in finding and holding a job in the community. Employment Specialists serve as job coaches, supporting clients through the process of searching for and adjusting to employment, and also sponsor a job club which provides ongoing support to clients working in the community. Employment Services staff identity and build relationships with community-based employers and worksites to develop job placements.

The program assists a wide range of people, from those who have never worked and may need the entire continuum of training and support, to those who have extensive prior work histories and only need minimum support to return to the workforce.
