Trilogy was recently welcomed into the Johnson & Johnson – Dartmouth Community Mental Health Program, also called the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment learning collaborative, as a result of receiving the highest fidelity score in the State of Illinois for our Supported Employment Program.

“The IPS model for supported employment is the most progressive, evidence-based model to be offered to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness,” according to Susanne Logsdon, Trilogy’s IPS/Supported Employment Coordinator. “It requires that you truly listen to an individual’s life goals and problem solve with them so they can achieve competitive employment and go on to have meaningful lives. Being welcomed into the Johnson & Johnson – Dartmouth learning collaborative places us among  the choice providers of IPS/ supported employment services in the country.”

In order to become a “learning partner,” Trilogy underwent an intensive two-day fidelity review to ensure that our Supported Employment Team was adhering to the IPS model. As a learning partner, Trilogy will be have access to learning and marketing materials which will enhance our ability to better assist people who are seeking employment. Trilogy is proud to join more than 160 programs in 16 states and two international partners (Italy and the Netherlands) in the distinguished Johnson & Johnson-Dartmouth Community Mental Health Program.
