Trilogy, Inc. is proud to have participated in the groundbreaking earlier this month for the new Clark-Estes Apartment building located at 7070 N. Clark. When the new facility is completed late next year, it will bring 54 new apartments to the Rogers Park neighborhood, 42 of which will be set aside for low-income residents. The building will also include space for new retail shops and a restaurant.
Through its Supportive Housing Program, Trilogy will have on-site offices to serve tenants who need behavioral health services. Trilogy will help transition clients who are homeless or confined to nursing homes learn to live independently. Housing counselors will also help participants access additional services, such as primary healthcare and prescription medication. Since the Supportive Housing Program was launched 20 years ago, Trilogy has helped over 450 individuals successfully transition towards more self-sufficient living environments.
