Services At Trilogy: Residential ServicesTrilogy has four residential sites, including two-long term Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA), and two group homes. Trilogy’s residential programs are safe and affordable. Programming is comprehensive offering a range of services from community-based supported housing to 24-hour residential support as needed. Services include mental health counseling, case management, crisis intervention, independent life skills training, therapeutic groups and activities, community integration, and self-medication training. Our programs help people with serious mental illness, who because of long-term nursing home care or hospitalization, learn or regain the skills necessary to maintain housing or, if the choose, move immediately into a supported housing setting, and to fully integrate into their community.
