CLINICAL POSITIONS

FT House Manager

Provide continuous support to residential clients in order to help them achieve their goals of independent living and psychiatric stability.  Duties include /group counseling, training in independent living skills, and medication monitoring. High school diploma/GED required, with at least one year experience in mental health.  Must have a valid Driver’s License. 
Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM ($10.00/per hour)

Drop In Center Coordinator

Under a grant Trilogy is looking for a coordinator for our Drop In Center. 
Responsible for coordinating all activities of the Drop-In Center including employment services, group services, socialization services, and basic case management/referral services. Delivers quality individual and group services, job support, crisis intervention, and training in independent living skills to clients of Trilogy. Offers and exemplifies hope, support, and recovery-based services.

Experience, Knowledge & Requirements:
Minimum one year experience with psychiatrically disabled or other disabled populations.
Supervision experience preferred
Preference given to persons who have experience in community-based services.
Must self-identify as a past or present consumer of mental health services.
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
CRSS preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age.
IL driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Employee will occasionally transport clients in agency-owned vehicles at the direction of his/her supervisor (if they have valid IL driver’s license)

Kindred Connections Coordinator

This contract position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating Trilogy’s Kindred Connections program.  Kindred Connections is a multi-family psycho-education group that combines clear, accurate information about mental illness with training in problem solving, communication skills, coping skills and developing social supports for both consumers and their families.
Responsibilities include planning and facilitating groups following the Evidence-Based Practice Family Psycho-education model.  Each group lasts two hours and occurs every other week in the evening. Additional responsibilities include recruiting new consumers/families to the group, marketing the group both internally and externally, developing and fostering relationships with DMH and other collaterals, public speaking, and working with the Development Department to design appropriate marketing materials.
QMHP required, LPHA preferred.  In addition, the ideal candidate is available to work 6 - 8 hours a week, including evening hours.  The ideal candidate must also provide Trilogy with proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance coverage ($1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate policy limits).
