Services at Trilogy: Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR)
This program’s services are designed to offer clients a wide-range of educational, social and psychotherapeutic experiences, either in group or individual modalities, with the goal of helping people to better understand and manage their own illnesses; to develop more effective and rewarding coping skills; to build vocational abilities; and, to improve social functioning. Central to the philosophy of our PSR program is a belief in the possibility of long-term recovery from mental illness and mental illness with co-occurring substance use disorders.
The PSR Program’s group schedule is extremely diverse and encompasses a wide-variety of topics including expressive art therapies, integrated dual disorders groups, symptom management groups, wellness groups, skill-building groups and psychotherapy groups.
In addition, Trilogy employs consumers in the PSR program who offer Peer-to-Peer services including individual and group skills training and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) groups.
