If you’re stressed out or need help, we’re here for you.
Stress and anxiety are a part of life and are something we all experience. But if you are having feelings that are strong, persistent, or feel different, reaching out for support might be the right move.
Getting help is a way to take charge of your health, and your future. Trilogy’s Child and Adolescent Services supports children age 6+, teens, and young adults through age 25.
Reach out if you notice any of the following:
- Changes in mood /mood swings
- Changes in behavior, personality, or sleeping/ eating habits
- Feeling sad or withdrawn for more than a few weeks
- Sudden, overwhelming worry or fear
- Declining grades
- Self-harm or risky behavior
- Using drugs and alcohol
In addition, Trilogy may be able to help if you have recently had a first experience with
- Psychosis, bipolar disorder, other severe mental health symptoms. Learn more about our Hope First program.
- Encounter with the police or justice system. Learn more about our Mental Health Juvenile Justice program.
Trilogy supports youth and families to:
- Identify their feelings
- Communicate more effectively and authentically
- Develop healthy coping mechanisms
- Build tools for a healthy future
Trilogy serves clients regardless of ability to pay. We have sliding scale fee options, and accept multiple managed care plans as well as Medicaid.
Trilogy’s Child and Adolescent Services provides support to youth and their families across Chicago. In-person appointments available in Albany Park and Edgebrook/Sauganash on the North Side, in Chatham on the South Side, and via telehealth.
